Will has been working in the world of ecological restoration for nearly 40 years. Over the course of his career, he has planted hundreds of thousands of trees and worked on a wide range of habitat and watershed restoration projects throughout Northern California. A longtime environmental advocate and steward of the land, he is known for his deep field knowledge, strong work ethic, and willingness to share what he's learned with younger crew members entering the profession.
