Veronica has been working in the field of ecological restoration since 2014. A scientist at heart, she has a B.S in Chemistry with a concentration in Environmental Chemistry from UC Santa Cruz. Unsatisfied with the indoor demand of lab coat life, she has since dedicated her life and love to ecological restoration. She has worked throughout Northern California as a native plant propagator, invasive species manager, botanist, tree planter, crew leader, and project manager. She specializes in bringing together diverse stakeholders, designing and managing revegetation projects, and native plant material management. She currently serves as a co-chair for the Trinity County Weed Management Area (TCWMA) and is a member of a long list of environmental and restoration-based non-profits.
