Robert (Otter) Anderson IV

Senior Biologist, Botanist

Otter is a lifelong student of ecology, with a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from UC Santa Cruz. He has worked in the field of ecological restoration in Humboldt County since 2006. Otter is certified by the California Native Plant Society as a Certified Field Botanist (CFB #0039) and is a USFWS qualified biologist, with experience conducting floristic surveys, monitoring and handling Northwestern pond turtles, conducting timber inventories, and leading field crews.
